The City of Surrey is undertaking public consultation regarding proposed modifications to the "Single Family Residential Zone (RF)."  This website has been established to provide up to date information and schedules for Public Open House events and an opportunity to learn and provide feedback to the City about the proposed modifications to the RF Zone.

Your opinion and comments are a vital part of our review process.

Council Reports:

• In May 2009, Council recieved a report from Staff outlining the issues associated with increasing the maximum house size on RF Single Family Residential Lots greater than 6000 square feet.
• Council passed a resolution advising staff to proceed with public consultation.
