On July 27, 2009, Council authorized staff to bring forward a Terms of Reference (ToR) for the preparation of a Neighbourhood Concept Plan (NCP) for the Grandview Heights NCP Area #4. Council’s authorization was subject to execution of an Agreement by the owners who requested that the City initiate the NCP process for this area (Grandview Heights NCP Area #4 Owners’ Group).
On September 14, 2009 Council approved the Terms of Reference for the preparation of a Neighbourhood Concept Plan (NCP) for Grandview Heights Area 4. Staff have been authorized to retain a consultant to assist in the preparation of an NCP.

Request for Expression of Interest Grandview Heights NCP Area #4
The City intends to retain a consultant to prepare the NCP through the Request for Proposals (RFP) process. Prior to issuing the RFP, the City wishes to prepare a short list of the qualified consultants who are interested in preparing the NCP. A Request for Expression of Interest (RFEI) in the preparation of the NCP will shortly be posted on the City’s website. After the responses to RFEI are reviewed, the City will issue an RFP to the short-listed consultants inviting them to submit detailed proposals for the NCP.
