A Neighbourhood Concept Plan (NCP) is currently being prepared for the Anniedale-Tynehead neighbourhood of South Port Kells. An NCP provides future land use information along with a road layout concept, design guidelines, servicing plan and financing plan. This page will provide background information on the planning process and the latest news and updates.
On March 30, 2009, Council approved Terms of Reference for the preparation of a Neighbourhood Concept Plan (NCP) for the combined areas of Anniedale "A", Anniedale "B", and Tynehead within South Port Kells.
