Tree Protection Guidelines

Everyone agrees that trees are an important element in the urban environment.  Surrey has a Tree Preservation By-law in place to help reduce the number of trees that are unnecessarily damaged or removed as the result of development, and to encourage the replanting of trees to replace those that have been cut down.

If you are interested in learning more about Tree Preservation in Surrey, please download any of the City's Tree Preservation Brochures from the table below.  You may also call 604-591-4441 for more information.
