Financial Processing
This division is responsible for purchasing, accounts payable, payroll, property taxes and utilities, along with ensuring that the financial systems are meeting the needs of the City.
Financial Services
This division is responsible for managing the City's investment portfolio, accounts receivable, contract payments, as well as preparing the annual 5 Year Financial Plan, and the publication of monthly and annual financial reports, internal audit and commodity taxes.
Risk Management
This division assists departments to maintain the continuity of services and assists to make the City a safer place to live and work. This is done through a comprehensive loss control program, by managing claims effectively and by providing adequate funds to protect against accidental losses.
