JB has lived in Surrey with his wife and two daughters for 15 years. Born in a small village in Punjab, he has risen to become the owner of 3 Century 21 offices, the largest of which has over 200 realtors on the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board. 

JB is active teaching at his real estate school, hosting a cultural program that speaks into the lives of South Asian Community across Canada and taking care of his family at home, in the office and the community.  He holds degrees with a MA Political Science, MA English.  He is educated from UBC, BCIT and Kwantlen Polytechnic. He truly has grasped the opportunity of the Canadian dream and opportunity!

As councillor he  will work hard  and strive for a family focused community, eliminating crime and addiction, taking care of the homeless, assisting our seniors through education and balance Surrey’s Green Space.
