Stephanie Ryan was born and raised in Surrey, growing up in Guildford and now residing in Fraser Heights. She works for the federal government doing outreach work and is a member of Surrey's Public Art Advisory Committee.

Stephanie is running for Council with the SCC because she believes we need a City Council that will stand up for Surrey. Surrey will soon be the largest city in BC and needs a City Council that will demand our fair share of funding, especially for public transit and hospitals. We need a strong City Council to stand up to the provincial government and TransLink on issues like the unfair tolls on all three bridges serving North Surrey. We need a strong City Council to protect parkland, farmland and the Little Campbell River headwaters for future generations.
