Change of Address Form

 

It is important to keep your address current for property assessment and taxation purposes.

 

Completion of this form will change the mailing address for:

•  BC Assessment Records

City of Surrey

• Property Tax Notice
• Annual Utility Bill
• Metered Water and Sewer Bill

Note: Mailing address changes for all other departments must be delivered to them in writing. Please include any applicable references along with the form.

Complete your Change Request Directly Online with BC Assessment:

For Assessment Area, select Surrey/White Rock (14), for Area enter "14", and for Jurisdiction enter "326"
