How to use the Online Inquiry as a Public Guest User

• No login is required for public guest users

1.  Click the "Search" tab


Several methods are available to search for a property:

• Civic – Property's Civic Address
• Folio – Property Folio number (format: XXXX-XXXXX-X)
• MHR – Mobile Home Registry number
• PID – Property's Identifier number (format: XXX-XXX-XXX)
• Plan – Property Plan number

2.  Select the properties of interest from the search results and click the "Add to Selection List" button

3.  Click on the "Reports" tab.

4.  Click on the "View" link beside the Property Info Report.
