Complaint Information and Contact Phone Numbers

All complaints received by the City of Surrey must meet certain criteria.  Complaints must contain:

• The location of the offence (street address)
• Type of offence
• Name, address and telephone number of the Complainant

Information regarding the Complainant is kept confidential, unless the complaint ends up in the court system.
