Register for City of Surrey Parks, Recreation and Culture courses by phone, either through a convenient 24 hour self-serve method or through our Call Centre (during business hours).

 What You Will Need:

• Family PIN and Client Number(s) as shown on your registration Card (possibly received by mail).
• Course number of program you wish to register for
• You will note that course numbers for courses or programs  you wish to register for may either be found in the Leisure Guide (distributed to Surrey homes) or on our Website by browsing the WebReg area of our website.

• Visa, MasterCard or American Express Number & Expiry Date or a credit on your City account equal to the course fee.

                                       

5 Steps to follow . . .

1. Call (604) 501-5100.
2. Choose between the self-serve option or the option to use the Call Centre.
3. If you choose the self-serve option, follow the voice prompts and record your confirmation number.
4. Complete your registration by paying with Visa, MasterCard or American Express or using an existing Surrey Parks, Recreation and Culture account credit.
5. A registration receipt will be mailed to you.
