Learn, grow and lead through our tailored workshops designed to sharpen and develop your skills. Browse through the workshop selection and pick one or all of your favourites. A certificate will be awarded upon completion of 3 workshops and 14 hours of volunteer experience with our Parks, Recreation and Culture department. |

We all encounter people we find difficult to deal with. In this workshop, learn time-tested approaches that help defuse difficult situations, increase communication, and shift the focus from conflict to problem solving. |
