CITY OF SURREY INVITATION TO TENDER CONTRACT M.S. 1214-7010-00 Tenders are invited for installation of Owner supplied Unit Substation, supplying and installing the associated primary and secondary ducts, coordinating with Owners (City of Surrey and Metro Vancouver) and BC Hydro during the work, removing and salvaging of the existing Unit Substation. The Work in this Contract consists of all the labour, equipment, tools related to the Newton Pump Station Unit Substation replacement in accordance with the drawings and specifications. Tenders must be submitted in a sealed package, marked on the outside with "Tenders for Newton Pump Station – Transformer Replacement" and must be received at the first floor Main Reception/Information Desk, Surrey City Hall, 13450-104 Avenue, Surrey, B.C. Canada V3T 1V8, not later than 11:00 a.m. (local time), on January 13, 2015, and will be opened in public immediately thereafter. Tenderers may obtain electronic files of the contract documents and drawings from BC Bid Website http://www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca. Tenderers will be responsible for printing. Hard copies of the drawings and documents will not be provided. Addendum No. 1 (See BC Bid Website - http://www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca) All Tender inquiries shall be directed to Anita Tanggara (atanggara@surrey.ca) at (604) 592-7034. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. The City of Surrey reserves the right to reject any or all tenders, and to waive informalities in any or all tenders. |
