Tenders must be submitted in a sealed package, marked on the outside with "Tenders for Surrey Construction Package W52/14 - Contract M.S.1214-052-11" and must be received at the first floor Main Reception/Information Desk, Surrey City Hall, 13450 - 104th Avenue, Surrey, BC, Canada V3T 1V8, not later than 11:00am (local time), on March 2, 2015, and will be opened in public immediately thereafter. Copies of the Drawings, Tender Submission Documents and Contract Documents may be viewed and downloaded at the BC Bid website www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca.
