Acting as the Construction Manager for the City of Surrey - KDS Construction Ltd.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

A 12,200 square foot building will be constructed from the ground up to function as a new training centre for fire fighters. The building will be constructed on the same site as the existing Fire Hall No. 9, located at 14915 64th Avenue in Surrey. The training centre features four classrooms; office and administration areas; a training deck; and gear rooms.

QUOTATIONS:
Trade contractors are invited to submit quotations for the following scope of work ONLY:

  • Civil (civil contractor to include asphalt)
  • Metal cladding
  • Doors, frames, and hardware

All quotations should be received before 14:00 (local time) on Wednesday, September 27th.  Send all quotations in PDF to estimating@kdsconstruction.ca.

Quotation documents must be requested by emailing estimating@kdsconstruction.ca.

All trade contractors should notify KDS Construction Ltd. with their intent to submit a quotation at least one week before the quotation closes. All trade contractors who confirm that they are submitting a quotation will receive addenda from KDS Construction Ltd.
