Become a salmon steward!
Join the City of Surrey's volunteers by becoming a Coho Crew member and participate in work parties at local creeks. An exciting initiative to protect our local salmon and trout in Surrey's streams and creeks. Make a positive impact by participating in fun outdoor environmental activities such as: storm drain marking, salmon hatchery visits, community outreach and education as well as volunteer opportunities set up for Coho Crew members. To become a Coho Crew member you must be 14 years or older and complete a standard volunteer profile set-up involving a criminal record check, interview and two reference checks.

Search for 'Surrey' then click on Engineering and Environment
Select 'i would like to volunteer for this organization'
Create a volunteer profile and sign up for Coho Crew
You'll be contacted by the City of Surrey staff member with the final details.
