Pay your parking ticket online, by phone, mail or in person, or learn how to dispute a ticket.

A parking ticket, also known as a parking bylaw notice payment, is either placed on your vehicle or mailed to the registered owner of the vehicle. If you receive a parking ticket, you can either pay it or dispute it.

The registered owner of the vehicle is responsible for their vehicle at all times. A parking ticket is the responsibility of the registered owner, regardless of who was driving the vehicle when the ticket was issued.

          Car Impound

Any ticketed vehicle may be impounded. While public safety is the most important reason for towing, other reasons might be:

          • Demand for the location
          • Inconvenience to others
          • The ticket history of the vehicle
          • The likelihood the vehicle will remain long enough to be towed

Vehicles towed by the City of Surrey may be claimed at Clover Towing Ltd, located at 5340 192 Street, Surrey. Please contact Clover Towing at 604-513-1900 to confirm that your vehicle has been towed by the City.
