Due to power outages around the city, many City of Surrey services have been affected, including our Service Request Call Centre. You may encounter a longer than normal call wait time, due to this issue.
We encourage you to submit all service requests online, through Report a Problem or your MySurrey App. We appreciate your patience as we work to get the power restored.
