Holland Park has been called the “Central Park” of Surrey’s evolving downtown since the City of Surrey began the park’s massive reconstruction following months of public consultation that began in 2004.  The redevelopment of the park has transformed it from a once quiet and underused space to the vast expanse and variety of gathering spaces it provides today.

At over 10 acres, Holland Park offers a green oasis in the Surrey's emerging City Centre and includes:

The City has several plans for the expansion of amenities in Holland Park, including a new water park, tennis and volleyball courts, and an outdoor staging area to support large outdoor concerts and special events.  Email Parks Planning & Design at parksrecculture@surrey.ca  or call us at 604-501-5050 for more information on improvements to Holland Park.

Annually, Holland Park hosts large community and city events including Fusion Festival, Live Nation Concerts with past performers including Mumford & Sons and FVDED in the Park, and Summer Movies under the Stars. In 2008, Holland Park was selected as a site for one of British Columbia’s Spirit Squares to celebrate the Province’s 150th anniversary. Holland Park also played host to Surrey’s hugely successful Live Nation site during the 2010 Winter Olympic Games.
