The Surrey Nature Centre at Green Timbers helps you explore the natural and cultural heritage of Green Timbers. Learn about the birthplace of reforestation in BC and get to know the many people who together saved this treasure for future generations.
Kids of all ages come to learn at our nature centre, in the Guides and Scouts Explore Program, or in Nature Adventures Program for Daycamps and Daycares.
Teachers also join us, bringing students to our school programs and on preschool field trips, or attending workshops to cover their PLOs.
If you're coming for one of our special events, visiting us for a children's day camp, or teaching people about the environment as a Nature Centre volunteer, you'll always discover a place to connect with nature - a place to play.
Get pedestrian/bike access to the Nature Centre at 9800 - 140 Street.
