Enjoy family fun at the Surrey Museum this summer!

The Surrey Museum is the place to come this summer to celebrate Surrey's history with programs and family-friendly special events.

Registering for programs at Surrey Museum

There are 3 kinds of programs at Surrey Museum - Pre-Registered Programs, Drop-In Activities and Pre-Booked Programs.

  • Find details for and register for Pre-Registered programs using the WebReg search tool online. Use the program name or the program number to find the program.
  • Call the Surrey Museum at 604-592-6956 for info, and to register for programs or book a spot in a Pre-Booked program.
  • Call PhoneReg at 604-501-5100 from Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm.
  • Visit any City of Surrey recreation centre or office to register in person.
  • Drop in for any Drop-In Activity or Event - there's no need to call ahead!

Register for the Heritage E-Bulletin to receive email updates on Surrey Heritage programs 4 to 6 times a year.

Celebrate your birthday with the Surrey Museum! Invite your friends then choose one of our fun themes: Trains, Pirates, Ancient Egypt, Classic Greek Mythology, or Medieval Europe. Must pre-book at 604-592-6956.
$13.50 per child, birthday child is free

Join the Museum team at City Centre Library for historic fun! Children discover Surrey’s history, from First Nations to pioneers, through hands-on artifacts, archival photographs and take-home crafts.

Discovery Saturday: Fibre Crafts Festival

Explore displays and demonstrations of heritage fibre arts like spinning, knitting and weaving, then try them out yourself. Children make take-home textile crafts and visitors can enjoy lemonade and cookies by donation, or purchase fresh Indian food from Smile Restaurant.
