The Surrey Museum offers creative and interesting programs for both adults and seniors.   • Call the Surrey Museum at 604-592-6956, Tuesday to Sunday to register or for information on any Surrey Museum or Stewart Farm program.
  • Visit any City of Surrey recreation centre or office to register in person.

Fashion Headbands
Headbands are making a comeback! Vogue Magazine named it the chic French fashion accessory of 2016. Explore the techniques of fabric, knitted or glamour decorated headbands.

Summer Spinning Workshop
Our spinning wizard shares age-old techniques for spinning on a traditional wheel. Spin fluffy wool fibre into unique yarn for your knitting or weaving projects.

Introduction to Nature Dyeing
Use natural plant materials to infuse yarn with rich colours. Learn how to extract dyes from plants, mordant yarn and make a dye bath, to create unique yarn skeins.
