There is always something new to discover in Downtown Surrey. From the family owned shops to the hustle and bustle of King George Boulevard, there is always a new place to explore.

Similar to a scavenger hunt, the Downtown Surrey Pin Stop is unique a way to discover businesses, all while collecting little treasures along the way. Start your adventure by
visiting the DSBIA website on July 1st for the map with all the Downtown Surrey Pin Stop locations. After that it's easy! Just follow the route to collect your pins and take in the sights.
This is the perfect way to learn more about the places you already love, or discover one that is completely new.

The Pin Stop will begin on Canada's 150th birthday, July 1st, and end last week of August.  Each business on the Downtown Surrey Pin Stop will have a different limited edition Canada 150 pin for you to add to your collection. Each pin will be unique to each business. No two pins will be the same. Visit each Pin Stop to create a collection that is exclusively Downtown Surrey.

Once you get your pin, don't rush away; stay awhile. Along with a pin to collect, learn about the Canadian history connection at each stop. Take a trip into the past to see what each business or property it's located on looked like ten, thirty, or even fifty years ago. Downtown Surrey is a fast growing area with rich heritage just waiting to be explored. With every twist and turn on the Downtown Surrey Pin Stop map, there is a new story to unfold.

Once your pin collection starts to grow, come to the DSBIA office to get your limited edition Downtown Surrey Pin Stop Canada 150 Lanyard. Use the lanyard as a way to display all the pins you've collected so far. Just remember to bring in at least five of your pins to get your lanyard started. The DSBIA is open Monday through Friday 9:30am to 5:00pm. If you can't make it during the week, visit the DSBIA booth at multiple community events throughout the summer to collect your lanyard.
