Description: Tudor style and French farmhouse influence, built c. 1935 featuring large uncut stone chimney in front, decorative truss on front gable, board and batten shutters, logs used in place of traditional Tudor brick and stucco. Originally part of a larger property owned by Sigurd Christopherson who ran a dairy farm until 1913, supplying the early needs of Crescent Beach.
