Exercise to music in the pool using water as resistance. All instructors are B.C.R.P.A. certified with each class featuring warm-up, cardio, strength and cool down components in this 45-minute workout.


A water version of Tabata interval training. Great for both fat loss and improving conditioning. This class is 45mins in length.

Deep Water Aquacize

Adapted to deep water, this class utilizes the deep water for added cardiovasular and conditioning effects. Float belts are provided for this 45-minute workout.

Water Running

The training alternative that professionals have been using for years. This no impact program will build cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength. A great alternative to pounding the pavement.

Water Walking

Focusing on low impact and large, range of motion exercises, this program is suitable for those with joint related conditions or arthritis.

Gentle Joints (Formerly Water Therapy)

Trained Instructors lead a safe and enjoyable class specifically for those with mild to advanced arthritis, fibromyalgia or restricted mobility.  Increase your strength and mobility.
