Get Fit with Us

Surrey's recreation facilities offer a variety of programs for all ages, abilities and fitness levels. Whether you're a beginner looking to ease into a new fitness routine or looking for a new way to stay fit, you'll find it in our modern, well-equipped facilities, led by experienced instructors. Our recreation facilities feature:

  • personal training
  • weight rooms with strength training and cardio machines
  • fitness/cardio studios
  • fitness classes like indoor cycling, Zumba, pilates, bootcamp and more!
  • wellness classes like yoga, Tai Chi and meditation

Programs include both drop-in and registered classes. Before you get started, download the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q+) to see if you're ready to safely participate in a physical activity.
