Candidate for Office of Councillor (Safe Surrey Coalition)
Laurie Guerra, an original “Vancouver-ite”, has lived in Surrey for 30 years with her husband and 5 children. She was an actress, dancer and model, and toured worldwide promoting a televised fitness series. After moving to Surrey she was a top-producing realtor, co-owned a building company, and instructed fitness and yoga classes.
22 years ago her son was diagnosed with autism. Since then, Laurie has been involved with AutismBC and has been the president for two terms. She advocates for science-based autism treatment as her son has reached best outcome.
