Outreach worker with their youth

A youth outreach and mentorship program that strengthens connection to family, school and community.

Blueprint Pathways provides outreach-based mentorship to select Surrey youth aged 13 to 19. Mentorship is designed to reduce a youth’s risk for gang affiliation and exploitation.

Made possible by a federal grant, Blueprint Pathways will connect youth clients to:

  • individualized one-to-one support at school and in the community;
  • pro-social activities and community-based resources; and
  • additional specialized services as needed.
