Have a health or nutrition concern? Get health advice from a nurse or dietician. You can also get connected to the appropriate programs and services for your needs.

Registered nurse: 10am to 10pm, 7 days a week

Registered dietitian: 10am to 4pm, Monday to Friday

Fraser Health Urgent and Primary Care CentreUrgent and Primary Care Centres can provide care for urgent, non-life-threatening medical concerns that may not require an emergency department visit.

8-1-1 is a free provincial health information and advice phone line available 24/7. Speak to different health care professionals like a registered nurse or a pharmacist. By discussing your symptoms or concerns with someone over 8-1-1, they can recommend whether you should see a health care provider in person.

Translation: once you are connected, you can say the language you would like translation in (e.g., say “Hindi”), and an interpreter will join the call.
