Dawn until dusk
Sullivan Park is a large community park at the eastern edge of Newton. With an area of around 18.5 hectares (45 acres) this park offers lots of open space and forested areas to explore.
You'll find a number of great walking loops and trails throughout the park. You'll also find softball diamonds, multi-purpose fields, tennis courts, pickleball courts, a playground and washroom facilities.
In the summer, the larger fields tend to get busy, so be sure to book a field if you have a formal team practice or game.
Parking for the park is available directly from 152 Street just south of the train tracks, or from 62A Ave, east of 152 Street.
There is one large picnic shelter in Sullivan Park located east of the tennis courts.
Picnic shelters are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you’re having a picnic or hosting a large group in a Surrey park please review the Park Activity Guidelines. Learn more about hosting an event in a park.
