The Civic Distinction Awards for Arts and Heritage recognize those whose creativity and leadership in arts and heritage have made significant contributions to Surrey’s cultural well-being.
The Arts and Heritage Awards are a component of Surrey’s Civic Distinction Awards Program, which also includes awards for contributions to the City’s Beautification and Enhancement, Environment, Heart, Design, and Sport Tourism as well as a Mayor’s Choice award.

The nomination period for Arts and Heritage Awards took place in October 2020. Award recipients were announced in December 2020.
