Closed Circuit Television - Supply and Install for the Surrey Civic Centre


Pivotal Projects Inc. (Pivotal), acting as Project Managers on behalf of the City of Surrey (Owner) is inviting qualification responses for the supply and installation of the building's CCTV components.

The RFEOI/SOQ will be used to establish a list of pre-qualified respondents that may be provided with the Request for Proposal (RFP) document package.

The City Hall building is designed as a six story structure that will house Surrey's municipal employees and provide a new council chamber sized with Surrey's growth in mind.

The parkade will consist of a three level below grade structure and will accommodate 850 vehicles.  the

The City Hall building will exit on to a new public plaza that will provide a roof for the underground parkade as well as provide outdoor space.  The public plaza will incorporate water features and unique lighting and landscaping to encourage public gather and events.

The current design calls for eighty eight (88) cameras in the parkade levels, twenty (20) exterior cameras, and sixty (60) cameras throughout the City Hall. 

The Respondent should have been regularly engaged in the supply and installation of CCTV equipment and CCTV systems for a minimum period of five years. 

The Respondent should be capable of responding to service calls within four (4) business hours during the standard or extended warranty period.  And, it should be capable of deploying service staff within eight (8) hours of responding to the service call.
