Audio Visual Components - Supply and Install for the Surrey Civic Centre


Pivotal Projects Inc. (Pivotal), acting as Project Managers on behalf of the City of Surrey (Owner) is inviting qualification responses for the supply and installation of the building's audio visual components.

The RFEOI/SOQ will be used to establish a list of pre-qualified respondents that may be provided with the Request for Proposal (RFP) document package.

The City Hall building is designed as a six story structure that will house Surrey's municipal employees and provide a new council chamber sized with Surrey's growth in mind.  The project will feature various meeeting rooms and offices with varying enclosure materials including drywall, exposed concrete, and modular wall.

The Respondent should have been regularly engaged in the supply and installation of A/V equipment and A/V systems for a minimum period of five years.

The Respondent should have a full complement of staff that includes full-time systems designer(s), project manager(s), audio DSP and control system programmer(s), site lead technician(s), office administration, and service technician(s).  These key positions should be held by full-time, permanent staff.
