Scope of Work
The scope of Work includes the provision of all labour, supervision, materials, plant, equipment, layout, survey, permits, and inspections, and related services to demolish and remove the existing chain link backstop structures, players' bench shelters and field fencing on two softball diamonds and construct new backstops structures, players' bench shelters and field fencing. The new backstops will be constructed of a combination of high mast netting for the upper sections and chain link on the lower sections. Furnish certificates confirming work conforms to requirements of Authorities having jurisdiction.

Job site location is 2201 148th Street, Surrey

Contractor to comply with all BC Plumbing Code, BC Fire Marshal, BC Workers’ Compensation Board, National Building Code of Canada, BC Boiler Inspector, BC Electrical Inspector, National Fire Protection Association, and any other authorities having local jurisdiction. Failure to abide by these rules and regulations will result in being immediately escorted from the work site.

If the City determines that an amendment is required to this RFQ, the City's Representative will issue a written addendum by posting it on the BC Bid Website at (the "BC Bid Website") and the City Website at (the "City Website") that will form part of this RFQ. It is the responsibility of Contractor to check the BC Bid Website and the City Website for addenda. The only way this RFQ may be added to, or amended in any way, is by a formal written addendum. No other communication, whether written or oral, from any person will affect or modify the terms of this RFQ or may be relied upon by any Contractor. By delivery of a Quotation, the Contractor is deemed to have received, accepted and understood the entire RFQ, including any and all addenda.
