Non-Arterial Road Upgrades

The Owner invites tenders for:

Tenders are invited for works under Contract M.S. 1715-063-21 involving:

Part A - The extension of 154 Street including the installation of approx. 95 lineal metres of watermain, 95 lineal metres of retaining wall, street lighting, and 90 lineal metres of new road, complete with asphalt curb and drainage features.

Part B - Winter Crescent Pathway & Roadworks including the installation of aprox. 260 lineal metres of asphalt pathway, aprox. 395 lineal metres of concrete curb and gutter, 35 lineal metres of retaining wall, complete with road pavement modifications, street lighting, pavement markings, signage & drainage features.

The Contract is based on the MMCD Platinum Edition and the City's Supplementary MMCD (updated July 11, 2016).
