Sunnyside Pump Stations Upgrades

The Owner invites tenders for:

The upgrade of Sunnyside Water Pump Stations 1 & 2 including the replacement of all pumps valves and piping in both stations, a new electrical building at Sunnyside 1 c/w new MCC and starters, electrical upgrade of Sunnyside 2 and buried yard piping additions and changes outside both stations.  Also included is the installation of a valve chamber, electrical kiosk, and watermain at 24th Avenue & 157th Street.

This tender is being issued electronically through the BC Bid website (www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca) where any interested party may download the tender documents directly from the BC Bid website.  No registration, tracking or other recording of tender document holders will be performed by the Owner. All addenda, or further information will be published through the BC Bid website.  It is the sole responsibility of the tenderer to monitor the BC Bid website regularly to check for updates.

The Contract is based on the MMCD Platinum Edition and the City's Supplementary MMCD (updated August 17, 2018).
