Request for Proposals
The City of Surrey is requesting proposals for a solution to schedule its workforce. The City plans to select a Labour Scheduling solution with the capability to service the entire organization of approximately 4,000 union and non-union employees that serve the community 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. The scope for this RFP covers two phases, the first phase ("Phase 1") is for the initial implementation with Surrey Libraries only, with 9 locations and up to 500 employees across the City. The second phase ("Phase 2") is for the remainder of the City. Proposals should include all components and pricing required to provide a comprehensive solution for each phase.

It is the responsibility of Proponents to check the BC Bid Website and the City Website for addenda. The only way this RFP may be added to, or amended in any way, is by a formal written addendum. No other communication, whether written or oral, from any person will affect or modify the terms of this RFP or may be relied upon by any Proponent. By delivery of a Proposal, Proponent is deemed to have received, accepted and understood the entire RFP, including any and all addenda.
