North Surrey Utility Improvements – Phase 1

The Owner invites tenders for

Construction of approximately 740m of 200-675mm dia sanitary sewers, 490m of 300-1350mm dia storm sewers, 390m of 200mm dia watermain, 330m of concrete sidewalk, and street lighting including all related appurtenances at the following locations:

• On Blackbird Crescent between Ellendale Drive & Oriole Drive
• On Oriole Drive between Blackbird Crescent & Canary Drive
• On Canary Drive between Oriole Drive & Property #14943

This tender is being issued electronically through the BC Bid website (www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca) where any interested party may download the tender documents directly from the BC Bid website.  No registration, tracking or other recording of tender document holders will be performed by the Owner. All addenda, or further information will be published through the BC Bid website.  It is the sole responsibility of the tenderer to monitor the BC Bid website regularly to check for updates.

The Contract is based on the MMCD Platinum Edition and the City’s Supplementary MMCD (January 2016 Edition; amended August 17, 2018)
