Scope of Services
The scope of Services generally consists of the provision of all skilled labour, tools, materials and equipment to provide printing of business cards, letterhead, and envelopes, bearing the City’s corporate identity.  All business cards, letterhead and envelopes must meet the corporate graphics standards detailed in Schedule A-1 – City of Surrey Graphics Standards Guide.

Description of Deliverables
   
  A. Design and Implement an on-line ordering system
     B. The Contractor will provide a broad range of printing services which meets the needs 
         of the City. Contractors are invited to quote on all or any combination of the three required
         stationery. 
The City of Surrey (the “City”) is considering and wishes to receive prices for
         the printing Services of:
Catagory A: Business Cards;
Catagory B: Letterhead; and
Catagory C: Envelopes.
     C. Multi-Departmental Use Standard Stationery Products
     D. Preferred Delivery Requirements
     E. All stationery items to be packaged per industry standards.

The Contractor should provide warehousing and/or inventory services to the City during the Term of the Agreement.  The Contractor should be able to stock City’s Goods, if required.  The inventory size may vary.

The City has strict IT cyber security requirements and as such, the online ordering system provided by your firm must address the City’s IT cyber security requirements as noted in Schedule A-2.

Addenda
If the City determines that an amendment is required to this RFQ, the City’s Representative will issue a written addendum by posting it on the BC Bid Website at www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca (the “BC Bid Website”) and the City Website at www.surrey.ca (the “City Website”) that will form a part of this RFQ.  It is the responsibility of Contractor to check the BC Bid Website and the City Website for addenda.  The only way this RFQ may be added to, or amended in any way, is by a formal written addendum.  No other communication, whether written or oral, from any person will affect or modify the terms of this RFQ or may be relied upon by any Contractor.  By delivery of a Quotation, the Contractor is deemed to have received, accepted and understood the entire RFQ, including any and all addenda.
