Invitation to Tenderers

The City of Surrey (the “Owner”) invites Tenders for the construction of civil works to service three single family residential lots described as Lots 1, 2, and 3 on Plan EPP58440, formerly property at 11659 – 96 Avenue.

The Contract is generally for the following work:

(a) To furnish all necessary material, equipment, and labour and to perform all works for the construction of site services for the 3 lots as specified in the Contract Drawings, numbered 1 to 9 of Surrey Project No. 7815-0080; and

(b) To furnish and install hydro, telephone and Shaw works as specified respectively in Contract Drawings Nos. 414-U07-06818, 2666396UR2, and 745688 Rev. B pages 1 and 2.

All site services for a three (3) lot residential development including approximately 46m of roadworks which includes new pavement and structure, curbs, sidewalk, driveways and letdowns and streetlighting, approximately 250m of sanitary sewer and 201m of storm sewer which includes services, manholes and appurtenances lot grading and retaining wall, underground hydro, Telus and cable work and erosion and sediment control.

If the Owner determines that an amendment is required to this ITT, the Owner’s Representative will issue a written addendum by posting it on the Owner’s website www.surrey.ca (the “Owner’s Website”) and upon posting will be deemed to form a part of this ITT.  No amendment of any kind to the ITT is effective unless it is posted in a formal written addendum on the Owner’s Website.  Upon submitting a TenderTenderers will be deemed to have received notice of all addenda that are posted on the Owner’s Website.
