Request for Quotations DESCRIPTION OF SCOPE OF WORK The Work covered under this project consists of the furnishing of all superintendence, overhead, labour, materials, tools, equipment, insurance, fuel, transportation and all things necessary for and incidental to the satisfactory performance and completion of pavement and renovation of Parking Lot Rehabilitation and Upgrade – Port Kells Public Library, located at 18885 88 Ave, Surrey, BC V4N 5T1, Surrey, British Columbia (the “Place of Work’) in strict accordance with the Specifications and accompanying Drawings and subject to all terms and conditions of the Contract. The Work consists of but is not necessarily limited to the following: • Re/Re of two paved areas plus walkways, including line painting, in one (1) phase, and The lack of and/or omission of detailed specifications does not minimize the acceptable levels of service and only the best commercial practices are acceptable. Contractor to comply with all BC Plumbing Code, BC Fire Marshal, BC Workers’ Compensation Board, National Building Code of Canada, BC Boiler Inspector, BC Electrical Inspector, National Fire Protection Association, and any other authorities having local jurisdiction. Failure to abide by these rules and regulations will result in being immediately escorted from the work site. The services of the Contractor will be commencing on award of the contract.
