Specifically, the work will include five (5) separate tasks:

  1. thorough curbside cart inspections and removal of contamination;
  2. tagging contaminated carts and leaving educational packages on each cart;
  3. digitally logging contamination information;
  4. door-to-door visits with households who have repeatedly contaminated; and
  5. reporting results to the City.
