Approximately 2500 metres of 152 Street Arterial Road Widening, Nicomekl Bridge Twinning and Serpentine River Bridge repairs. The Work generally consists of but is not limited to full depth milling, full depth road construction, concrete curb and gutter, multi-use pathways, concrete sidewalks, ditch relocation and culvert replacement, wall construction, medians, preload, asphalt pavement, pavement marking, electrical, bridge repairs and improvements and landscaping.

This tender is being issued electronically through the BC Bid website (www.new.bcbid.gov.bc.ca) where any interested party may download the tender documents directly from the BC Bid website.  No registration, tracking or other recording of tender document holders will be performed by the Owner. All addenda, or further information will be published through the BC Bid website.  It is the sole responsibility of the tenderer to monitor the BC Bid website regularly to check for updates.

The Contract is based on the MMCD Platinum Edition and the City’s Supplementary MMCD (April, 2020)

Tenders should be submitted in a sealed package, marked on the outside with “Tenders for 152 Street Road Widening from 48 Avenue to Serpentine River” and must be received at the first floor Main Reception/Information Desk, Surrey City Hall, 13450-104 Avenue, Surrey, B.C. Canada V3T 1V8.  Note the City has resumed opening tenders publicly at Surrey City Hall. Tenders are welcome to join the tender openings.
