Invitation to Tender

The Owner invites tenders for:

Construction of approximately 2180m of 200-300mm dia sanitary sewers
and 440m of 300-900mm dia storm sewers with service connections, and
a sanitary odour control unit at the following locations:
· On 104 Avenue between 124A Street to 127 Street
· On 124A, 125, 125A, 126, 127 & 127A Streets between 103 to 104 Avenue
· On 100 Avenue between 124 Street to 125 Street
· On 124 Street between 99 Avenue to 100 Avenue
· On 124A & 124B Streets between 99 Avenue to 100 Avenue
· On 125 Street between Cul-de-sac and 100 Avenue
· On Roxburgh Road between St. Andrews Drive and 115A Avenue

This tender is being issued electronically through the BC Bid website (www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca) where any interested party may download the tender documents directly from the BC Bid website. The Contract is based on the MMCD Platinum Edition and the City’s Supplementary MMCD (April, 2020)

Tenders should be submitted in a sealed package, marked on the outside with “Tenders for 2022 Robson Sanitary & Drainage Improvements Package #2”and must be received at the first floor Main Reception/Information Desk, Surrey City Hall, 13450-104 Avenue, Surrey, B.C. Canada V3T 1V8.
