Burrows Drainage Pump Station Upgrades and Stewart Farm Sanitary Pump Station Flood Proofing

The Owner invites tenders for:

1) The construction of upgrades to the Burrows Pump Station, including new precast concrete pump chamber, foundation works, elevated control building, discharge piping, replacement of floodboxes and upgrades to the existing irrigation pump station structure. The Burrows Station is located at 4444 – 168th St, Surrey, BC (Project D-16039).

2) Raising of existing wet well, valve chamber and equipment, and construction of flood proofing works including concrete structure and wooden deck for the Stewart Farms Sanitary Pump Station located at 13855 Crescent Road, Surrey, BC (Project S-15630).

The Contract is based on the MMCD Platinum Edition and the City’s Supplementary MMCD (January 2016 Edition; amended August 17, 2018)
