District Energy Distribution Piping Expansion

The Owner invites tenders for:

Construction of district energy systems including Owner pre-purchased District Energy insulated steel pipe, leak detection systems, communication conduit and other related works.

The contract involves district energy systems located at two sites:

Site E-17267 (Elizabeth Fry): 137 Street: Fraser Hwy to 97A Ave, 97A Ave, 136A Street: 97A Ave to 9683 137 St

• Approximately 375m trench of 250mm, 200mm & 80mm piping

Site E-17563 (West Village Pad 5): 13350 Central Avenue

• Approximately 10m trench of 150mm piping

The Contract is based on the MMCD Platinum Edition and the City’s Supplementary MMCD (April 2020)
