Invitation to Tenderers
The City of Surrey (the "Owner") invites Tenders for:
The upgrade and expansion of the Elgin Hall parking lot which work includes the installation of drainage system including detention system and new concrete outlet, asphalt paving, parking lot lighting and installation of hard and soft landscaping.
This tender is being issued electronically through the BC Bid Website www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca (the “BC Bid Website”) and the Owner's Website at www.surrey.ca (the “Owner's Website”) where any interested party may download the tender documents.
All addenda, or further information, that will form part of this tender will also be issued electronically. It is the responsibiilty of the Tenderer to check the BC Bid Website and the Owner's Website for any addenda.
The Contract is based on the MMCD Platinum Edition and the City’s Supplementary MMCD (updated July 11, 2016).
