North Surrey Utility Improvements – Phase 2

The Owner invites tenders for:

Construction of approximately 980m of 200-300mm dia sanitary sewers, 610m of 300-525mm dia storm sewers, and 920m of 150-300mm dia watermains including all related appurtenances at the following locations:

• On 111A Avenue & Pheasant Drive between Glen Avon Drive & 152^nd Street

• On Swan Crescent between Pheasant Drive & Canary Drive

The Contract is based on the MMCD Platinum Edition and the City’s Supplementary MMCD (January 2016 Edition; amended August 17, 2018)
