North Surrey Utility Improvements – Phase 5

The Owner invites tenders for:

Construction of approximately 210m of 100mm dia, 150m of 150mm dia, 1175m of 200mm dia watermain, 810m of 200mm dia sanitary sewer, and 160m of 300mm dia storm sewer at the following locations:

• On Robin Crescent between 150^th Street and Pheasant Drive.
• On Lark Place between Cul-De-Sac and Oriole Drive.
• On Swallow Drive between Partridge Cr and Pheasant Drive.
• On Jay Crescent between Swallow Drive and Canary Drive.
• On Peacock Place between Jay Crescent and Cul-De-Sac.

On Eagle Place between Jay Crescent and Cul-De-Sac.

This tender is being issued electronically through the BC Bid website (www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca) where any interested party may download the tender documents directly from the BC Bid website.  No registration, tracking or other recording of tender document holders will be performed by the Owner. All addenda, or further information will be published through the BC Bid website.  It is the sole responsibility of the tenderer to monitor the BC Bid website regularly to check for updates.

The Contract is based on the MMCD Platinum Edition and the City’s Supplementary MMCD (January 2016 Edition; amended August 17, 2018)
