The Owner invites tenders for:

Contract 4818-035-21 involves storm, sanitary, and roadworks along: Beaver Drive/Park Drive, between 102 Avenue and 100 Avenue; Helen Drive, between 102 Avenue and 100 Avenue; Mary Drive, between 102 Avenue and 127 Street; and Centre Drive, between Park Drive and Mary Drive, including approximately:
 1,455 metres storm sewer, diameters from 300mm to 900mm
 95 catch basins and lawn basins c/w leads
 Decommission existing storm and sanitary sewers
 1347 meters sanitary sewer, diameter 200mm to 300mm
 178 storm and sanitary services
 39 storm and sanitary manholes
 12,500 sq.m. full depth asphalt replacement
 Boulevard grading and restoration
 Asphalt curb installation

The Contract is based on the MMCD 2019 Edition and the City’s Supplementary MMCD (April 2020)

Tenders should be submitted in a sealed package, marked on the outside with “Tenders for 4818-035-21 Robson Utility Improvements Package #1” and must be received at the first floor Main Reception/Information Desk, Surrey City Hall, 13450-104 Avenue, Surrey, B.C. Canada V3T 1V8.
