Standing Offer Arrangement - Supply of Dress Boots and Shoes

Surrey Police Service (SPS) is seeking quotations for the Goods identified within the Quotation form.

GOODS: 
+Boulet Dress Boots, Ankle height, hi gloss shine, black laces – various sizes and widths – male/female
+Female Dress Shoes, 1.5 – 2-inch heels, hi gloss shine, royal blue bottom – various sizes and widths

TERM:  3 years.

SUBSTITUTIONS:   Makes/models specified are required to ensure consistency among users.  Unless the make/model has been discontinued or is not readily available, SPS will not consider substitutions.  If makes/models or SPS requirements change during the Term, SPS may accept or request substitutions for subsequent orders through Change Order. Despite the foregoing, SPS recognizes circumstances may arise from time to time where an alternate model may be required to accommodate those circumstances on a case by case/per user basis.  Suppliers who wish to recommend an alternative (in addition to, but not in lieu of, the one(s) listed) should do so by adding a separate page as an attachment to its quotation, identifying the alternative, its availability, delivery times, unit prices and reasons for the recommendation.  Limit your quotation to one alternate. SPS will not consider Quotations which provide an alternate in lieu of the listed make/model.
